Roberto has extensive experience in design, plans and specifications, and engineering review for trenchless construction.
In this presentation, Roberto reviews engineering parameters to determine the stability of the unsupported tunnel face and reviews trenchless methods and instances for their application including Pipe Jacking, Auger Boring, Pilot Tube, Microtunneling, Horizontal Directional Drilling, and Direct Pipe. Attendees will learn when each trenchless method is or is not applicable based on different soil and rock conditions.
